Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 August 2026

Grantastical is the trading name of Grant Finlayson, operating as a self-employed sole trader in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what information I collect through grantastical.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What I collect

If you request an AI visibility audit or get in touch, I collect the information you provide - typically your name, business name, website address, and email address (and phone number if you choose to give it). I don't collect anything beyond what you submit yourself.

How I use it

Your information is used to prepare and deliver the AI visibility audit or service you've requested, and to reply to any enquiry you send. If you opt in separately to my email list, I'll also use your email address to send occasional updates and newsletters - you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Where it's stored

Enquiry and audit request details are stored securely and used only for the purpose you provided them. Email list subscribers are managed through Brevo, a third-party email service provider, under their own data protection terms.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other third-party tracking tools. Standard hosting logs (via Netlify) may record basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, used only for security and site reliability. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

Sharing your information

I don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (such as Brevo, for email delivery).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To do so, email grant@grantastical.com and I'll respond promptly.
